Support Transition from Email to Agent Connect
Effective 5/15, the email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org email boxes will no longer be available. At this point, all inquiries related to your WellCare record must be submitted to Sales Support by logging into your Agent Connect portal or calling Producer Services.
Please ensure to utilize your agent portal. If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot Password to review your password hint.
If you have not completed the SM 2018 Agent Connect WellCare University training, please complete via WellCare University for more detailed steps on utilizing the new platform!
