With over 400 questions designed as conversation flows, users of Amazon Alexa and Google Home Assistant can enjoy a verbal chatbot-style experience and receive quick and useful UPMC Health Plan information. Users can ask a question from anywhere, at any time via their smart speaker or any device that’s enabled with Alexa or Google assistant.
Whether they need a new member ID card or guidance on how to obtain a flu shot, the UPMC Health Plan Virtual Concierge connects members to useful information — all without lifting a finger.
