Bank Account & Credit Card Corrections
Beginning Nov 25, 2019, Agents will no longer be allowed to provide corrections on a customer’s behalf for errors made to account numbers on any bank/credit card authorization forms. All bank account and credit card number corrections and changes must be made by the account owner or an authorized signor on the bank or credit card account.
To avoid potential problems resulting from an incorrect account number, please ensure the account numbers entered at the time of application are verified for accuracy. Additionally, if you have submitted a payment authorization form on behalf of a customer that requires a correction, please have your customer contact Customer Service immediately at (800) 815-8535 to provide the correct information. Representatives are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m.
