REMINDER: Change in SureBridge Broker Portal Login Process
This evening, October 1, 2020, SureBridge will be implementing Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to the Broker Portal login process, providing an additional layer of security to guard against unauthorized access, neutralize risks associated with compromised passwords, and further protect personal information.
To avoid issues receiving your login code, please take a moment to log into your My Profile page under the My Account tab before October 1 to be sure your phone numbers and email addresses are up-to-date and correct.
Beginning Oct. 1, after your initial sign in to the Broker Portal you will now be required to Verify Your Identity by providing a Login Code that will be sent to you via your choice of text message, email or automated phone call. Phone numbers and/or email addresses must match what is stored on your My Profile page on the Broker Portal.
New steps for logging in to the Broker Portal:
- Sign in using your current User Name and Password
- Select method for receiving your Login code (text message, email, or automated phone call)
- Select Verify
- Enter your assigned Login Code
- Check the box “Remember this computer or device” to allow future logins without MFA
- Select Validate
