Revised Medicare Supplement Sales Agent Field Guide Now Available
The Medicare Supplement Sales Agent Field Guide has been updated to include:
- Updated financials (page 1)
- Verbiage regarding plan changes (page 10)
- Supplement Plan 1A to plan offerings (page 11)
- Removal of pre-enrollment processes and prompt application submissions (pages 15 and 17)
- Addition of new medications (pages 24-25).
Please reference this guide to help improve the member experience and to ensure efficient processing of enrollment applications. To confirm use of this most recent version, the copy is identified by version date 620 on the back cover.

Prompt Submissions of Enrollment Applications
Effective immediately enrollment applications must be submitted within 10 days of signature date. Applications submitted after 10 days from signature date will not be processed and the application will be declined.
