ACA Individual Market Update
There are only a couple days left to complete the survey for a chance to win an Amazon gift card!
Highmark values your input and would appreciate your participation in a brief ACA OEP survey. This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Once completed, you will be eligible to win 1 of 10 $50 Amazon gift cards. Winners will be contacted via e-mail next week. Please note that only Highmark-appointed producers will be eligible to win a gift card. January 15th is the last day to complete.

Virtual ID Cards
2021 virtual ID cards become available to view shortly after a member’s January premium has been processed. If your clients have an upcoming appointment or procedure and haven’t received their physical ID card, a virtual ID card is an alternative option. Members can access their virtual ID card in the following ways:
- By downloading the free Highmark Plan app.
- By visiting the Highmark member portal.
Both the app and the website also allow members to track their claims activity and find in-network care nearby.
Extended Hours of Operation and Upcoming Office Closures
*Member Services will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturdays in January.
*PA Only: Pennie will be open from 8:00 a.m. – midnight on Friday, January 15th.
*In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Highmark and Pennie will be closed on Monday, January 18th.
Note: Member Services and the Producer Hotline will operate with normal business hours.
Notes and Reminders
*Off-exchange Change Request forms are available on the Resources section of the Producer Portal (producer.highmark.com) to assist your clients with updating their information; these changes include email, phone number, date of birth, and mailing address.
Note: Producers may e-mail completed Change Request forms to DP_Applications@Highmark.com.

*PA Only: January 15th is the last day of Open Enrollment! Off-exchange applications can be submitted through the Producer Portal until 1/15. On-exchange applications should be submitted through Pennie.
