Reminder: Final Expense paper applications
Please be sure you are using the correct paper applications for Final Expense, as the old applications are no longer being accepted. The easiest way to tell if you are using an old application is by checking the address for Great Western Insurance Company (GWIC) at the top of the form. If it says Ogden, Utah, you have an old application. If it says Des Moines, IA, you have the correct application. If you need to order new paper applications, please refer to the instructions at the end of this message or call our Agent Care team at 866-252-5594, option 2.
Don’t forget – My Enroller makes submitting applications easy
The most effective way to enroll your customers in GWIC’s Final Expense products is by using MyEnroller, GWIC’s electronic quoting and application tool. MyEnroller is available for desktop computers, laptops, or tablets and works with or without an internet connection. Completing and submitting applications through MyEnroller is fast and easy:
- Takes you through the application process step-by-step ensuring the correct state application version and required forms are all submitted
- Allows for quick application processing time by bypassing the data entry process and automatically loading into our system
- Gets to underwriting quicker, resulting in a faster turnaround time and potentially paying your commission faster
To download MyEnroller, log in to the GWIC agent website at https://my.gwic.com and click on “Final Expense E-Application (MyEnroller)” from the menu.
Reminder that credit and debit card information must be submitted electronically
In an effort to protect customer data and be compliant with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards, you must submit all credit and debit card information electronically via MyEnroller. As of January 1, 2019, you can no longer submit debit and credit card information on paper applications, although you can submit automated bank withdrawal authorizations with your paper applications.
