Keep going strong with CSB
Thanks to agents like you, Cigna is having a strong year so far! With the 2021 Rewards Program, new training opportunities, and more, doing business with Cigna is easier than ever!
CSB hopes their partners and mutual customers are staying safe this winter. Due to inclement weather, some of their offices and staff are experiencing power outages. This is causing delays in company processes such as calls, claim handling, and application processing. Cigna is actively working to mitigate these delays so they can continue to serve you and our mutual customers. In the meantime, please be aware that wait times may be slightly longer than usual for calls, applications, and other processes.
New agent appointment fees
In an effort to improve their process and make it easier for new agents, as of Thursday, February 5 Cigna has returned to their previous process of deducting new agent appointment fees from commission accounts instead of withdrawing them from agent bank accounts. Agents who previously had new agent fees drafted from their bank accounts will now have their commission accounts debited.
Please note: There is no change for renewal agent fees, which are already being deducted from commission accounts.
