COVID-19 Agent Communication – Member Letter
An Agent-to-Member communication for use during the COVID-19 Pandemic is now available on the Marketing Resource Center (MRC).
In addition to reminding the Member their Agent is an available resource, the letter announces that Humana will be:
- Eliminating out-of-pocket-costs—including copays, coinsurance and deductibles
- Distributing face masks
- And, that Humana provides a mail order pharmacy option
You may customize the letter within the MRC and have it sent directly to your book of business via U.S. mail at no cost to you.
