Welcome Emails Users will now receive 2 emails: The first email will be the same Welcome email they receive today, with the exception of “Your password will be delivered in a separate email” replaced the Password line. UPMC has confirmed they will only ask for a pre-payment for Highmark Community Blue Medicare HMO members who do not have an out-of-network benefit. Bank Account & Credit Card Corrections Beginning Nov 25, 2019, Agents will no longer be allowed to provide corrections on a customer’s behalf for errors made to account numbers on any bank/credit card authorization forms. All bank account and credit card number corrections and changes must be made by the account owner or an authorized signor on the bank or credit card account. To avoid potential problems resulting from an incorrect account number, please ensure the account numbers entered at the time of application are verified for accuracy. Additionally, if you have submitted a payment authorization form on behalf of a customer that requires a correction, please have your customer contact Customer Service immediately at (800) 815-8535 to provide the correct information.
