Starting August 30, 2019, GWIC Agent Services will update its automated phone system to make doing business with Great Western Insurance Company easier.
What is changing:
When you call Agent Services, you will be prompted to enter the last four numbers of your Social Security number and five-digit ZIP code. By providing this information, the representative knows who is calling and can assist you quicker.
How it affects you:
You will no longer need to provide your agent number before speaking with an Agent Services representative.
