This year’s Annual Enrollment Period will bring opportunities to do business in new ways and help your clients stay connected, even if it’s virtually. Aetna offers everything you need to submit applications and manage your business online. They’ve compiled all these resources into one place to help you during this busy season.
How to sell virtually
You can get quotes straight from your phone using the Quotes of the Go mobile app. Just search your device’s app store for “Quotes on the Go.”
Before you submit an application, view your profile to make sure you’re ready to sell in your state.
When you’re ready to submit your applications, just head over to Aetna Quote & Enroll, the online enrollment tool (E-App). You’ll have multiple signature options, including the updated email signature process.
Track the status of your application
The NEW enrollment tracker gives you the real-time status of your application. The tracker also includes reports about closed/declined applications, downloadable lists with not-in-good-order (NIGO) information, and a messaging feature to upload any trailing documents.
You can also set up email alerts to be notified about your applications.
Manage your business online
In one snapshot, you can view personalized reports on your business dashboard.
