Neishloss & Fleming, Inc. started in 1982 as The Neishloss Agency. Alice and Eric Neishloss began the business with the goal of creating a niche as the “surplus broker of choice” for independent life and health agents. The initial focus on the life insurance business steadily grew to include the major medical and related health insurance business. The Neishloss Agency incorporated as Neishloss & Neishloss, Inc. on November 3, 1989.
